MEIRA Manipur (Movement for Education, Integrity, Rights & Awareness) is an independent, youth-led civic platform dedicated to building a more informed, empowered, inclusive, and peaceful Manipur.

At a time when the state faces complex social, political, and humanitarian challenges, MEIRA seeks to create a space where young people and citizens can learn, question, speak, and participate meaningfully in shaping their collective future. Through civic education, awareness of constitutional and legalrights, access to educational and career opportunities, evidence-based discussions, public issue reporting, and community engagement, MEIRA aims to encourage transparency, accountability, dialogue, and constructive action.

Rooted in constitutional values, secularism, non-partisanship, and respect for every community, MEIRA believes that meaningful change begins with informed citizens and responsible participation.

Our vision is a just, united, inclusive, and prosperous Manipur where every voice matters and every young person has the opportunity to contribute.
